2008 Marks City Year's 15th Anniversary Year of Service to Rhode Island

In recognition of our 15th anniversary, we are proud to honor some of City Year Rhode Island's most influential people and companies. On Monday, May 5 at our annual dinner, Starry Starry Night, we will pay tribute to the shining stars who have lit our path and built the foundation upon which we stand. Without their support and the support of so many others, we would not be able to continue serving in Rhode Island's communities and making a difference in the lives of children.
Event Raffle
Even though the event has passed, you can still buy raffle tickets! Drawing will be held on Monday, May 26. By participating in the Starry Starry Night raffle, you will be supporting Camp City Year. City Year Rhode Island provides over 400 families with a safe, fun and educational place to send their children during school vacations. With your help we can continue to provide this resource to families at no charge to them. For every 6 raffle tickets you purchase, you can support 2 of these children for a week of camp.

- Dinner for 10 in your home with Guy Abelson Events
- 10 tickets to a Pawtucket Red Sox game at McCoy Stadium PLUS a pre-game all-you-can-eat BBQ for 10
- Providence Arts & Entertainment Package -- Celebrate the sights and sounds of Providence with art, theater, and fabulous food around the city. Includes gift cards to select Providence restaurants; tickets to Trinity Repertory Theater and the Festival Ballet's Nutcracker; a limited edition print of Dean S. Lawrence's painting of Waterfire, signed by Governor Donald Carcieri and the artist; and more.
- Family Arts & Entertainment Package -- Enjoy a combination of fun activities to do with kids, plus an evening out for Mom and Dad.
